Document Downloading Instructions:

For Internet Explorer on PC Computers: Move your mouse cursor over the icon for the document and style you want.  Click the right-hand mouse button.  From the menu which appears, choose "Save Target As ..." and follow the browser's instructions to select the location on your PC's hard drive where you want to store the document.

For Firefox on PC Computers: The procedure is the same as Internet Explorer except the right-click menu option to use will read "Save Link As ..."

For Safari on PC Computers: The procedure is the same as Internet Explorer except the right-click menu option to use will read "Download Linked File As ..."

For Google Chrome on PC Computers: The procedure is the same as Internet Explorer except the right-click menu option to use will read "Save Link As ..."

Document Download Types

Adobe PDF Documents: Most modern browsers are capable of displaying and saving PDF documents.  If you download this type of file and want to read it offline, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader software (or equivalent).  A free copy of the current version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded here.

 

Microsoft Word Documents: If you download this type of file, you will need the Microsoft Word program (part of Microsoft Office).  Word documents are easily read by many other compatible word-processing programs.  There is also a free Word Reader program available Here:

 

JPEG Image Files: These are pictures or photo files.  Most computers come with some form of image/photo viewer which will display and print JPEG files.
