After the deadline date
for applications has passed, Zapplication™ will prepare the
applications, jury images and other materials for the NMACF
Jury to review. Jurors will be selected and announced
on this website in early December. In February, the jurors will meet and
be presented with the artists' work, by media category.
Work will be scored, scores tabulated and artist selections
made.
Notice of acceptance
will be sent by Zapplication™ on February 29, 2012. The initial invitations will also
include notifications for some artists of "Wait List"
status. Invitations will provide access to additional
exhibitor information and exhibitor contracts contained in a
downloadable "packet" clickable from the emails or
from the Artist Documents section of this website.

presented in more than one packet and/or updated over time. Among the

that the official NMACF Exhibitor's Packet(s) are the
ultimate authority should information presented on this site
differ from the printed material. Exceptions may
occur, but will be presented here under an authoritative
signature. |

The initial Exhibitors
Packet will contain a multi-page NMACF Exhibitor Contract.
You must complete the contract forms and return them to the NMACF office, along with your booth payment, by
the March 31, 2012 deadline. Your
participation in the fair is not assured unless the contract
and your booth payments are received in a timely manner.
If you do not meet the deadline or make other arrangements
with NMACF, your booth may be offered to another artist on
the wait list. If you choose not to accept the
invitation and not to participate in the fair, please notify
the NMACF office at the earliest possible date so that
another artist may have the longest possible time to
prepare.
Along with the contract
will be some forms and instructions for ordering extra
parking passes, t-shirts, promotional post-cards,
complimentary admission passes for your invited guests, etc.
You should make your decisions early on these items and
include your orders and payments with your contract.
Booth assignments are
made as contracts are received, so an early response can be
advantageous.

The New Exhibitor Workshop(s) are available
to all invited artists. They are a valuable source of
information and advice to both new and seasoned exhibitors.
