Set Up Instructions

Outdoor booths: Enter via Gate 3 from San Pedro.  Enter the booth area on Main Street from the south end.  Proceed to your designated booth site.  Park as close to your booth as possible, but do not park in a spot that is designated as the booth.  If you bring more than one vehicle, you must unload one vehicle and move it to a designated parking area before parking the second vehicle at your booth site.  To keep traffic moving so that other artists can access their sites, please unload your vehicle, then move it to your parking area before setting up your booth.

  • Each corner of outdoor booths need 50 pounds of weight attached.
  • DO NOT PUT STAKES INTO THE PAVEMENT  or you will be responsible to pay for the damages.
  • Electrical cords used in outdoor booths must be UL-Listed approved.  This is a requirement from the fire marshal and booths will be checked throughout the Fair to make sure they are up to code.
  • If artists need to rent tents, please contact American Tents at 888-5821, fax 452-8556, or email americatentrent@aol.com.  Tent rentals cost $155 for the rental, delivery and set up of booth with roof, walls, and weights.  If artists mention that they are with the NMACF, they will receive 10% off. Tents will be set up on Tuesday, June 24th so that the tent company is out of the way during artists’ set up.

INDOOR BOOTHS:  Enter via Gate 3 from San Pedro.  Proceed past Main Street toward Tingly Coliseum.  Turn left to the Lujan Building and park behind the Luhan Building.  To exit, reverse this process.
  • As part of the extra cost for being indoors, pipe and drape will be provided.  All curtains are 8 feet high. Corner booth will be L-shaped – no draperies provided on open side. The curtains have a 17lb. limit per 10 foot section to hang props/products or lights. If you require additional poles, bases, tables, chairs or table skirting, please contact Gary at Disco display at 505-265-1515.
  • Electrical cords used in indoor booths must be UL approved.  This is a requirement from the fire marshal and booths will be checked throughout the Fair to make sure they are up to code.
